Latex condom production process including dipping, curing, and electronic testing

Process Flow

Incoming Natural Rubber Latex

As part of our ISO 13485 compliant quality management system, each incoming batch of natural latex undergoes a detailed inspection to verify that it meets all required specifications for safety, stability, and performance.

Dipping Process (Form of Condoms)

Formers are precisely dipped into liquid latex to create a uniform film, forming the structure of the condom.

Washing & Drying, Powdering

After forming, each condom is carefully washed to remove residual proteins and impurities, then thoroughly dried to ensure stability and consistent quality. Once dried, condoms are lightly powdered to prevent sticking, facilitate easy handling, and maintain their shape and integrity.”

Testing and Inspections (ISO 13485–Compliant)

As part of our ISO 13485 compliant quality management system, every condom undergoes rigorous testing to ensure safety and reliability. This includes electronic testing for pinholes, bursting tests, water leak tests, tensile strength evaluation, and final dimensional checks. Only condoms that meet all specifications proceed to packaging.

Foiling & Packing

After passing all quality tests, condoms are individually foiled to maintain hygiene and integrity, then carefully packed for distribution, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition. The few pieces of the final products are randomly picked to be re-tested to ensure the quality remains excellent.

Shipment

Shipment can be done via Air, Sea, or Land depending on your needs.
