Change of EU Notified Body

We, Pleasure Latex Products Sdn. Bhd., hereby inform that we have changed our EU Notified Body from SGS UK to MEDCERT Germany, effective 25 February 2020 (please refer to the attached certificates). Consequently, the previous SGS ISO 13485 and CE certificates are no longer valid.

A Transfer Agreement has been signed with MEDCERT Germany and SGS UK, whereby SGS Belgium allows Pleasure Latex Products Sdn. Bhd. to continue shipping CE 0120–marked medical devices for a transitional period of up to 6 months, i.e. until 20 August 2020. This period is granted to allow the use of pre-printed packaging materials, in accordance with the agreement.
