The condoms are screened electronically to detect holes.


The condom are screened manually to detect holes.


Lubricated condoms that are packaged with aluminium foil are tested to ensure that the foils are hermetically sealed in preventing lubricant leakage and package permeable to oxygen through the seal.


An accelerated temperature is applied to simulate the effect of time on the condom.
